At Appear Clean Services, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will:

  • Arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge, or

  • Offer a partial refund if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction

All refund or re-clean decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.

  • No-shows (when our team arrives and cannot access the property) are not eligible for a refund and may be charged the full service fee.

3. Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a package of cleaning services and wish to cancel the remaining services:

  • Refunds will be provided for unused services, minus any discounts applied or fees incurred

  • You must notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled appointment for a refund on that service

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already completed where no complaint was made within 24 hours

  • Gift cards or promotional credits

  • Custom services not covered by our standard cleaning packages

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
