  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
